The Mill Street Kitchen is a farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Windsor that celebrates the extraordinary ingredients grown, raised, and caught right here in Nova Scotia. Our chef, Marc Leblanc, works directly with 12 farms and producers within 50 kilometres of our kitchen to create menus that change with the seasons. No freezers full of imported product. No year-round strawberries. Just honest food, cooked with care, served in a space that feels like home.

Spring Lamb Supper

Slow-roasted Hants County lamb shoulder with roasted root vegetables, wild garlic chimichurri, and fresh sourdough from our bread program. Available Thursday through Saturday evenings in April and May.
